Returns
- Products can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as agreed with our customer support team.
Return Shipping
